The second session “The Internet and How to Have a Healthy Digital Diet” presented by Chris Tuell, EdD, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, Clinical Director of Addiction Services, will be March 20, 2024 beginning at 6pm.

The presentation will cover:

Learn the importance of having a healthy, balanced life of digital consumption.
Learn the relationship between the digital world and mental illness.
Learn the role of nature and nurture in the relationship in having a healthy digital diet.
This will be by virtual platform or in person at Countryside YMCA – Lebanon

When?

Third Wednesday of certain months beginning in February 2024 starting February 2024 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (click here for 2024 schedule ).
