Stress Release through Yoga

Yoga and mindfulness instructor Sonya Verma will be teaching a class on stress release through yoga at the Groesbeck library, 2994 W Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239. When: March 10th from 10:30am to 12:00pm.
This will be a fun and health experience in which we learn how to take care of our bodies through movement and flow. All ages welcome. Light refreshments will be provided.
