Their Mission is to enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them to remain independent at home through a range of quality services. These include advocacy, caregiver support, counseling, health promotion, home and community based care, legal assistance, nutrition, outreach, senior centers and transportation.

The coalition was founded in January 2009 by Arlene de Silva, a professional in the field of aging. The mission of the coalition is to offer two evidence-based recreational music-making and wellness programs, Clavinova Connection and HealthRHYTHMS, to diverse populations regardless of their challenges, backgrounds, ethnicity, ability, or prior experience in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
